I’ve spent many years in the holiday home industry as well as starting my career working for one of the main holiday home manufacturers in many roles throughout the company.
I’ve supplied and specified many holiday homes with customers over the years always giving impartial advise to those who seek it. My attention to detail is, I believe, second to none and the standards we work to are very high.
Honesty, integrity and a belief in the Park, products and people who help us deliver the product to our customers are at the heart of how we do things.
My teams adopt a ‘No Pressure’ style of selling; we will help customers as much as they will allow us to. We don’t cut corners and we don’t break the rules.
We don’t wave our customers off into the distance, we see them constantly and if problems arise or after sales need doing we follow things through to a conclusion.
We have a great Park here, we are family run, we are members of the British Holiday and Holiday Park Association and we enjoy coming to work. It’s a pleasure to create friends as we supply holiday homes to suit their needs and budgets.

Hi, I’m Julie
I’ve worked as Operations and Administration Manager at Dacre Lakeside Park/Coneygarth for nearly six years, and in that time, I’ve built a reputation for being approachable, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile. I believe in giving 100% to everything I do, and nothing is ever too much trouble when it comes to supporting customers and colleagues alike.
Before moving into the leisure industry, I spent over 20 years working in the building trade as both Accounts Manager and Customer Service Manager. Those roles gave me a solid grounding in managing people, solving problems, and most importantly, putting the customer first. Over the year’s I’ve developed a natural ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships, something I see as the most rewarding part of my career.
What sets me apart is my approach: you’ll never get the pushy sales pitch from me, because that’s simply not the way I work. I understand that everyone has their own budget, wants, and needs, and my job is to listen and advise — never to force a decision. I truly believe that creating a supportive, pressure-free experience is the best way to help people feel comfortable, confident, and happy with their choices.
I love what I do, and I take great pride in making sure every customer journey is as positive, stress-free, and personal as possible. My goal is always the same: to be someone people know they can rely on, trust, and feel at ease with.
